Our product offerings and technical expertise also extend to the flame and gas detection markets.Responsibilities:Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking with existing customers, following up on provided leads and social mediaConduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsSetting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their requirements and providing instrumentation/systems solutions to meet those needsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and servicesCreate frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial dataEnsure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrationsParticipate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferencesNegotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectionsCollaborate with team members to achieve better resultsGather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teamsRequirements:Proven experience as a Salesperson or relevant roleProficiency in EnglishExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeHands-on experience with CRM software is a plusThorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniquesFast learner and passion for salesSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachAptitude in delivering attractive presentationsExperience selling to Industrial, Municipal, Oil & Gas and Food Processing companiesBachelors degree, technical orientation preferred but not requiredAccentPDIR operates as a vital subsidiary within Flow Control Group (FCG), a prominent holdings company that is a leading solutions provider focused on technically oriented products and services for flow control, fluid handling and process, industrial automation, and life sciences with locations throughout North America.
