Job description
Respire Homecare Services is seeking a Sales Excellence Lead to partner with the SVP, Growth and raise field sales execution across one assigned region. This role spends 3–4 days weekly in the field coaching Sales Liaisons on discovery, needs-based questioning, and closing, while the rest of the time building training programs and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities include field coaching, developing a scalable onboarding curriculum, supporting de novo market openings, and driving process
