About Title Monks
Title Monks is a growing title insurance agency and property research company providing title insurance, closing and escrow services, title examination, abstracting, and property research to real estate professionals, lenders, investors, attorneys, and property owners.
We are looking for a motivated Commission-Based Sales Agent to help expand our client base and develop new business relationships.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys networking, building relationships, and developing business.
The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, introducing them to Title Monks' services, developing relationships, and generating title insurance and closing/escrow business.
There is no cap on commissions. The more business you develop, the more you can earn.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect for new clients and referral partners. Leads will be provided!
Develop relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, investors, attorneys, builders, and other real estate professionals
Promote Title Monks' title insurance, closing/escrow, and related services
Make phone calls, send emails, conduct outreach, and participate in networking activities
Schedule and conduct sales presentations when appropriate
Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients
Maintain accurate records of leads and business opportunities
Develop a territory and sales strategy
Represent Title Monks professionally in the marketplace
Identify opportunities to increase referrals and repeat business
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly motivated and self-directed
Comfortable with sales and business development
Professional and personable (a bit crazy is acceptable at times. That lets us know you've been in the industry)
Persistent and organized
Comfortable making phone calls and initiating conversations
Able to build long-term professional relationships
Experienced in real estate, title insurance, mortgage lending, banking, legal services, or related industries (preferred but not required)
Real Estate Industry Experience Is a Plus
Candidates with existing relationships with Realtors, lenders, investors, attorneys, builders, developers, or other real estate professionals are encouraged to apply.
An established book of business is not required. We are interested in individuals who are willing to build one.
Compensation
Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
Your earning potential will be directly tied to the business you generate.
