Job description
Year Up United seeks a Sales Fundamentals Training Program Instructor to deliver a structured, entry-level sales curriculum to young adults pursuing careers in sales and customer-facing roles. In this Educational Services role, you will design and facilitate interactive lessons on prospecting, pipeline management, CRM use, and professional communication while modeling inclusive, equity-centered practices. You will assess learner progress, provide coaching and feedback, and collaborate with staff and employer partners to align training with workforce needs and support graduates’ transition into meaningful careers.
