HighRise Capital is seeking a highly driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Sales & Growth to own day-to-day operations, the sales organization, performance, training, accountability, and growth.
This hands-on leader will turn the CEO’s vision into daily execution, lead daily sales meetings, coach on-floor performance, build scalable systems, and develop future managers to drive sustainable expansion.
