Job description
Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead for our store at Outlets at Des Moines – Altoona, IA. You’ll focus on delivering personalized customer experiences and supporting associates, with the Store Manager stepping in as needed.
You’ll bring 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred), management experience (preferred), POS proficiency, strong communication, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Regular/Part time role with benefits based on employment type.
