Job description
Pandora is seeking a Sales Lead for our Pandora @ The Mall in Columbia store to empower the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support Managers and Sales Associates, coach on product knowledge, and drive store performance against KPIs with a passion for the brand.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in high‑performance retail selling, strong communication, and solid computer skills.
