Job description
LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Forsyth, GA to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and coaching associates. You will model LOFT’s standards, drive engagement, and help run daily store functions with confidence.
You will guide onboarding, support a diverse team, and ensure the store remains visually compelling and efficient. This role requires strong communication and a proactive, flexible approach.
