Job description
You would be our first salesperson. You'd start weeks before the busiest season of our year, close deals from week one , then shape the engine that makes the rest of the year just as successful.
The company
Premium culinary events and gifting for corporate teams. Kits ship to every participant — Toronto, São Paulo, Singapore — and an expert host runs the session live. Chocolate tastings. Mixology. Spice blending.
Clients include Google, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Disney and Zoom
We have never issued a refund
Almost all our growth has come from one person telling another
Small team, obsessive about logistics so clients never think about them
Q4 — you walk straight into the winning season
The best time of year to scale to productivity. From your first weeks you're in live deals — quoting, proposing, closing — at an average order value above $10,000 .
A deal a day at peak
Dozens of teams inside our biggest accounts already buy. Many more have never heard of us
More reps in ten weeks than most sellers get in a year
You're selling something people are genuinely glad to buy
Q1 — then we get to work
Outbound is the build after Q4. From there, work closely with our leadership team to scale into new verticals, markets, and teams during a year we will be investing more into sales & marketing in company history. Go-to market, sales strategy, new ICPs, new playbooks, new experiments. You'd own the pipeline end to end — sourcing, first call, proposal, close, and the relationship after.
What you'll do
Build an outbound pipeline into tech, corporate, and enterprise accounts
Run the full cycle: discovery, custom proposal, pricing, close
Expand inside our largest accounts, team by team
Take proposals, quoting and invoicing off the owners' desks
Design and run the off-season play, with real budget behind it
You
Carried a number and hit it , selling something experience based or custom
Know how HR, people ops, EAs and field marketing actually buy — who holds budget, who signs, when the money shows up. You sold to them, or you were them
Start conversations nobody asked you to start. No SDR here, and no marketing leads
Write a proposal that reads like a person wrote it
Follow up — reliably, on a long list, without being reminded
Think the spice blending class is genuinely cool. Our clients can tell
The team you'd join
Small and unbureaucratic. No playbook, no onboarding program, no pipeline review three times a week — you'd build the process as you go and have real say in what it becomes. Startup or small-team experience counts for more here than a big logo. It's a hands‑on seat, with no team to manage in year one. Work closely with our leadership team in a highly collaborative, scrappy environment. We’re all here to win.
Compensation
$60,000-$70,000 base , depending on experience.
$70,000-$100,000+ OTE, uncapped commission
Paid on revenue collected, at a higher rate on new accounts you source
Remote, with real flexibility outside Q4
