Job description
LOFT in Ithaca, NY is seeking a Sales Lead to support excellent customer experiences and guide store teammates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to act as manager when needed and help onboard and develop a highly engaged team.
You’ll use POS tools to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience and drive profitability. We value candidates with 6+ months retail sales experience and some management exposure who excel at communication and coaching.
