Job description
Ann Taylor in Middleton, WI is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model excellent customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, maintain a welcoming store environment, and uphold top visual and operational standards while using tech to enable an omnichannel shopping experience.
