Job description
LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at Store Plymouth Meeting, PA. You will be a key team member delivering personalized customer experiences, guiding associates, and partnering with the Store Manager to maintain brand standards and prepare to step in as manager when needed.
Ideal candidates have 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and strong communication skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; management experience is a plus.
