Job description
LOFT in Paoli, PA is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run daily operations and ensure a welcoming, brand-aligned environment.
You will leverage in-person and omnichannel tools to drive sales, coach staff, onboard new team members, and maintain visual standards while flexible availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
