Job description
Ann Taylor in Peabody, MA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager and coach a team of associates. You will drive a polished customer experience, coach colleagues, and uphold store standards.
The role requires a minimum of 6 months in retail sales (preferred) and management experience (preferred). You will use a POS system and contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience. This is a Regular/Part time role with a pay range of $16.00–$20.00 per hour.
