Job description
LOFT in Barrington, IL is seeking a Sales Lead to elevate every customer interaction and to model exceptional service. You will work with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations and readiness to step in as manager when needed.
This role emphasizes coaching, team development, and maintaining visual standards while driving profitability through a responsive, omnichannel shopping experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours are required to support our busy store calendar.
