Job description
LOFT in Brownsville, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team of associates. You'll partner with the Store Manager to run daily operations and step in as manager when needed.
You bring retail sales and leadership experience, comfortable with POS systems, and a collaborative, coaching style. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
