Job description
LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to join our team at Store 1688-The Orchard Shopping Ctr-ANN-New Hartford, NY. This role supports the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding associates to perform at their best.
It also prepares you to step in as manager when needed. You will help create a welcoming, high-energy environment while upholding LOFT’s standards in service, visuals, and operations.
