Job description
Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 2238-Asheville Outlets-ANN in Asheville, NC. You will support and model excellent customer experiences, guide associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.
You will help onboard and grow an effective team, maintain high visual standards, and use available tools to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience for customers. This role is Regular/Part time with flexible hours in a retail setting.
