Job description
Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead to mentor staff and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Ontario Mills location. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as manager when needed.
Responsibilities include coaching teammates, maintaining visual standards, driving sales with customer-centric principles, and leveraging tools for an efficient omnichannel experience. Evening/weekend availability is required.
