Job description
LOFT in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver personalized customer experiences while guiding associates and store operations. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop an engaged team and ensure brand standards across the sales floor.
With prior retail experience, you’ll coach others, support onboarding, and help drive a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
