Job description
Chico's in Spanish Fort, AL is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership duties. You will uphold brand standards and nurture a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.
You will mentor staff, drive sales through product knowledge and omni-channel approaches, and help with scheduling, inventory, and coaching to meet performance goals. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
