Job description
LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for our Anchorage store to deliver personalized customer experiences and support the team. You will work with the Store Manager to become a trusted expert on store operations and brand standards.
You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and service quality, and use tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable business. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
