White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Lead in Normal, IL to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and step in to support leadership responsibilities as needed. You will drive brand standards and foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.
Responsibilities include opening/closing, sharing brand priorities with teams, coaching, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment while delivering memorable guest experiences.
