Job description
Ann Taylor in Orlando is seeking a Sales Lead to model outstanding customer experiences and support a high-performing team. You will guide associates, ensure brand standards, and collaborate with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.
You’ll drive personalized service, use available tools to deliver seamless omnichannel shopping, and help grow sales through coaching, delegation, and efficient store operations. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
