Job description
KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our WHBM Redmond store to supervise staff, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will set direction, coach the team, and maintain a welcoming environment that reflects our hospitality culture.
You will lead operations, support scheduling and training, and collaborate with store leadership to hit sales goals while providing positive, personalized service on the sales floor.
