Job description
Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead at our Seattle Premium—Tulalip location to deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates. You will work with the Store Manager to become a store function expert and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and drive a customer-focused atmosphere using available tools for a seamless omnichannel experience.
