White House Black Market is seeking a Part-time Sales Lead in Charlotte, NC to partner with store leaders and supervise the team. You will model brand standards, deliver personalized customer experiences, and uphold a culture of hospitality on the sales floor and in back-of-house operations.
Responsibilities include opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment, with a focus on teamwork and achieving store goals.
