Job description
Soma is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and lead by example. You will uphold brand standards and cultivate a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality-driven culture.
In this role you’ll drive operations on the floor and in back-of-house, share brand priorities with teams, coach for performance, manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, and deliver memorable shopping experiences at Danbury Fair Mall.
