Job description
Journeys is hiring at the Westfield Wheaton Mall location for a sales-focused associate with leadership potential. The role supports store management in daily operations, drives personal and store sales, and fosters a positive, high-energy team atmosphere.
You will train or coach teammates, ensure excellent customer service, and help uphold our brand culture while meeting performance standards. Weekend shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs are part of the job.
