Journeys in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to assist store management with daily operations, develop a strong sales team, and deliver outstanding customer service.
You will meet and exceed sales goals, train staff, enforce policies, and provide a fun, fast-paced environment. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and a willingness to learn and grow within Genesco's Journeys brand.
