Job description
Journeys is seeking a customer-focused individual to support store management in daily operations and to help develop a high-performing sales team. You will work to achieve store and personal sales goals while delivering a fun, full-service customer experience.
Roles include training, coaching, and ensuring policy compliance, with opportunities for advancement as you complete required training and take on leadership responsibilities. Night and weekend availability is required.
