Job description
Journeys is seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to support store management in Marysville, WA. You will drive sales, lead and develop the team, and ensure a high-energy customer experience that reflects the Journeys culture.
You will promote from within, mentor associates, and manage daily store operations while upholding company standards and policies. This role requires ability to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced retail setting.
