Job description
Journeys in Vineland, NJ is seeking a motivated Sales Lead to assist store management, train and develop associates, and relentlessly drive daily sales performance. You will supervise all aspects of daily store operations, manage loss prevention in the absence of management, and ensure a fun, full-service customer experience aligned with Journeys culture.
This role requires availability for nights and weekends, being at least 18 years old, and the physical ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift
