Job description
Journeys is seeking a Sales Lead to support store management in delivering top-notch customer experiences in a fast-paced teen retail environment. You will help develop associates, drive sales, and uphold standards of performance across all store operations.
The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and maintaining an energetic, inclusive atmosphere consistent with Journeys’ culture and community engagement. Previous retail leadership experience is a plus.
