Job description
Journeys in Mankato, MN is seeking a sales associate to support store management, develop teammates, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
You will train and coach staff, uphold company policies, open and close the store, and deliver a fun, full-service experience to customers while promoting from within wherever possible. The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
