Job description
Journeys in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to support store management, coach the sales team, and drive store and personal sales goals. You will participate in opening/closing duties and maintain a fun, customer-first environment.
You'll help develop associates, enforce store policies, and ensure a cohesive in-store experience that reflects Journeys' culture. Night and weekend shifts required; 18+ age minimum.
