Journeys is seeking a Sales Lead to support store management, coach and develop associates, and drive sales performance. The role combines leadership with hands-on customer service in a fast-paced teen retail environment.
You will promote a fun, inclusive culture, participate in training programs, and contribute to a high-energy team. Flexibility for night and weekend shifts is required; growth opportunities are strong within the Journeys network.
