Job description
Journeys is seeking friendly, energetic team members to join our teen footwear and lifestyle retailer. You will assist store management with basic operations, train and develop associates, and pursue sales goals while delivering a fun, full‑service customer experience.
Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, coaching a successful sales team, enforcing company policies, handling opening/closing duties, and promoting from within through rapid advancement opportunities.
