Job description
LOFT in Freeport, ME is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding and supporting associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to learn store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
The role requires strong communication, coaching, and organized leadership; available evenings, weekends and holidays. Previous retail sales and management experience are preferred, with a focus on teamwork and brand standards.
