Job description
Journeys Outlet Shoppes at Laredo is seeking a Sales Lead to support store management with daily operations, coaching a sales team, and driving sales goals. You will deliver a fun, full-service experience to customers in a fast-paced teen retail environment.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and a willingness to learn. Night and weekend shifts may be required, and you must be at least 18 years old.
