Journeys is seeking a Sales Lead to assist store management with basic operations and to develop a high-performing team in Jenks, OK. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure a friendly, full-service experience for customers.
The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, physical stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to train and mentor associates as you progress toward leadership responsibilities.
