Job description
Pandora is seeking a Sales Lead at Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach to drive in-store sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be the brand ambassador, coaching the sales team and achieving KPIs through engaging with customers and building loyalty.
The role requires a results-oriented seller with strong communication skills, ability to manage time and priorities, and familiarity with retail POS systems. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.
