LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1442-The Village @ Sandhill-ANN-Columbia, SC 29229 to deliver personalized customer experiences and support associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to model exceptional service, onboard and develop a motivated team, maintain visual and operational standards, and ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for every customer.
