Job description
LOFT seeks a part-time Sales Lead to join Store 1442-The Village @ Sandhill in Columbia, SC. You will model exceptional customer experiences, support onboarding and development of a strong team, and help ensure store operations run smoothly.
You will need retail sales experience and leadership ability, with proficiency on a POS system. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and opportunities to advance within the brand.
