Job description
White House Black Market in Westlake, OH is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model our hospitality culture. You’ll guide daily operations, coach associates, and ensure brand standards on the sales floor and in stockroom.
This role requires 2 years retail leadership, strong communication, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and the ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.
