Job description
Journeys seeks an enthusiastic Sales Lead to support store management in achieving sales goals and developing a high-performing team. You will help train staff, coach associates, and ensure daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced retail setting.
Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, Loss Prevention oversight, and delivering a fun, full-service customer experience while upholding Journeys culture. Must be 18+, able to work nights/weekends.
