Job description
Ann Taylor in Albertville, MN is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and support associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to act as a trusted leader and ready-to-step-in manager when needed.
You will help onboard and develop team members, uphold brand standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience across tools and processes. Availability includes evenings and weekends.
