Job description
FALL - HOLIDAY SOHO POP-UP | NEW YORK CITY | CREATIVE LIFESTYLE BRAND
This brand exists to prove one simple thing: it's never too late to learn something new. We take complete beginners - people who've genuinely never tried this before, and walk them through it, step by step, until they're holding something they made with their own two hands and thinking, "wait, I actually did that?" That feeling is basically the whole point of what we do.
But here's the part that makes this brand different: we're not just selling a product, we're selling a community. Our best customers aren't just buyers, they're collectors, superfans, and regulars who've found their people through us. This fall through the holidays, we're bringing all of that energy to a New York City pop-up, and we're looking for Sales Leaders who don't just work here, but genuinely want to be part of that community themselves.
The Role
As a Sales Lead, you'll be one of the first faces customers see - welcoming them in, walking them through hands-on product demos, and helping them find exactly the right thing, whether it's for themselves or a gift for someone they love. But just as important: you'll be the person who helps two strangers become friends because they both love this brand, who recognizes a regular and knows what they're hoping is back in stock, and who makes our space feel like a real hangout, not just a store.
You don't need a polished retail resume for this one - you need real warmth, genuine curiosity, and a willingness to jump in and help. If you already lurk in fan communities for brands you love, you already understand exactly what we're looking for.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
A genuinely good person to be around, kind, honest, and easy to work with, with zero patience for big egos or unnecessary drama
A fun, warm personality that customers naturally gravitate toward
Patient and encouraging with people trying something
