Knitwell Group is hiring a Sales Lead for our Freeport outlet. You will act as a frontline leader, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while partnering with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.
You will guide onboarding, develop an engaged team, uphold brand standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools. This role emphasizes coaching, organization, and flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
