Job description
Chico's in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model brand hospitality. You will drive customer-centered experiences and coach teammates to meet store goals on an omni-channel floor.
The role requires 18+, 2 years of retail management preferred, strong communication, flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.
